By downloading, installing, or using the Mialo application (the “App”), published by Sarah Mallem, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service
Mialo is a personal organization app for managing a planner, goals, focus sessions, mood tracking, a journal, finance tracking, and statistics. The App works without account creation: all data is stored locally on your device.

Mialo Premium Subscription
The App offers an optional subscription, Mialo Premium, which unlocks additional features (advanced statistics, exclusive themes, unlimited backup). The terms of this subscription are as follows:
- Plan offered: monthly auto-renewing subscription.
- Duration: 1 month, automatically renewed at each billing date.

Payment and Automatic Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple account (Apple ID / App Store) upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price as the subscription in effect.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription.

All refund requests are handled exclusively under Apple’s policy, as the purchase is processed by the App Store. You can submit a request directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Intellectual Property
The App, its design, editorial content, and brand remain the exclusive property of Sarah Mallem. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Data, Privacy, and Advertising
Mialo does not collect any personally identifiable data and requires no login. The App displays third-party advertising through Google AdMob, which may collect certain technical data (device identifier, IP address, advertising interaction data) under the conditions described in our privacy policy.
